Much like any other profession, be aware of your repetitive motions to avoid bodily discomfort or even harm. Things as simple as the way you hold your cell phone to tweet or post snaps can cause injury to delicate and susceptible areas of your body. Carpal tunnel type injury can be brought on very quickly and simply if you aren’t conscientious of your movements. Same with the way you sit while on cam, be aware of your ankles and lower back etc. remember to get up and move around, stretch, etc. don’t let not being aware of something cause a problem for you that’s painful or that can cost money to remedy with doctors or other medical professionals. Work smarter, not harder to help yourself avoid things before they become problems
